Nat joins Nat Littlechild and Michael MacCourt to form Nat², an infectiously exciting trio bursting onto the UK jazz scene!


The group focuses on impulsive improvisation within their performances; the three of them are musically intimate, allowing a deep exploration into each of their tunes.

ALTOMATUM



With Altomatum, Nat brings together the strongest alto saxophonists in the Birmingham jazz scene. The chordless quintet, featuring himself, Chris Bowden and Alex Clarke, presents compositions and arrangements of Nat's which showcase three contrasting voices of the alto.


Altomatum provides a mix of high-energy ‘SuperSax’ style bebop, charts written to feature each individual player's own style, and tributes to the greats. Chris has had a legendary impact on the UK jazz scene for decades, a pioneer of acid jazz with influential records like Time Capsule and Beautiful Nasty.


Alex is one of the most versatile and in-demand saxophonists to have emerged on the British jazz scene; from the schools of Phil Woods and Cannonball Adderley, she brings her bebop-steeped voice to Altomatum.
